As you're working on your TiDB Future App Hackathon projects...

Hi Everyone,

We already received a number of submissions for the Hackathon and I want to applaud all the early submitters! I responsded to some of them with suggestions to improve their projects and I wanted to share them here. (One of the major benefits of early submissions is an opportunity to receive feedback from the Hackathon team and to iterate on your work.)

First, in your project description and video, please include how TiDB Serverless and TiDB Vector Search were used for your application. Second, don't forget to include the link to your code repository so we can see that it is your original work and is a new project.

The submission deadline is only 10 days away on August 23 at 8 pm PDT, so if you have any questions please post them in the "community-support" channel (under HACKATHON 2024) on our Discord!
